SAP FI/CO/Treasury – Onsite Lead

Location :- Omaha, NE

Duration :- 12 months

 

a. Skillset to look for: FI, CO, Treasury, ABAP, ABAP BI/BW, Webdynpro, Workflows, ALE/iDOCS, Forms

 

 

General Requirement:

1. 10+ Years of experience as an Onsite Technical Lead and Onsite Coordinator.

 

2. The candidate will have to be a strong hands-on technical lead that should be able to code and provide technical support, as needed.

 

3. They will be coordinating a team of offshore developers. They need to be good in planning, organizing, assigning work to team members, and coordinating/monitoring their work.

They will be the technical expert providing guidance to the team to help resolve technical challenges.

 

4. They will receive Functional Description Documents and will be assigned Tickets/Change Requests from the business team.

They will create the technical specs and based on the severity of the issue, either resolves it themselves or assigns it to a team member and coordinates the resolution/implementation.

 

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential since they will be dealing with end users, functional leads, project managers, and developers.
