Position : .Net Developer
Location : Los Angeles, CA (Locals)

.Net Developer with C#, SQL Server, Crystal Reports, SSRS, SDLC, QA, OOP, Ironspeed, web services, MCSD/MCPD, ADO.NET, IIS, JavaScript, XML, HTML and Ajax experience
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Information Science, development and web coding, or equivalent in coding experience.
Experience: Five to eight years of .NET programming experience using C#. Five to eight years of Microsoft SQL server 2005 I 2008 development experience. At least 1 year of report development experience using Crystal Reports or SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
Knowledge of: Excellent knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software QA process knowledge, Object Oriented Programming (OOP).
Special Requirements: Ability to work as part of a development team working with business groups to ensure development is in line with business goals. Excellent communication skills with team members and end-users. Open mindedness and willing to learn new technologies.
The senior .NET Programmer Analyst Consultant will be responsible for designing and developing .NET custom applications for the Finance Division utilizing Microsoft .NET framework on Microsoft SQL Server database. The Consultant will be working with the Manager of Applications Development and the Finance Division in a dynamic, collaborative team environment.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
• Gather business requirements and provide written documentation, including scope of work, functional specifications, user guides and user help screens.
• Design and develop new .NET C# applications using Ironspeed, a third party tool.
• Maintain and support existing .NET C# applications
• Automate HR Payroll business processes
• Coordinate schedules and resources with users and other members of the team during the planning, design, development, testing and implementation cycles.
• Work with users and the IT team to design the structure of the applications, the data flow and
SQL data elements and stored procedures.
• Coordinate with quality assurance staff to ensure system quality and conformance to requirements and specifications.
• Coordinate with IT team and data owners to deploy appropriate user and access security controls.
• Utilize APls and web services to integrate business applications.
• Provide application training and knowledge transfer to internal and external users.
