Hands on experience planning, designing, implementing and managing Microsoft's Lync Server/Microsoft Office Communicator Server product line, including Instant Messaging, Presence, Video, Enterprise Voice, conferencing, and other modalities.

 

Detailed understanding of creating Lync Response Groups

 

Detailed understanding of Certificates (PKI)

 

Detailed understanding of Lync Policies: Voice, Dial, Routing, Media Bypass, E911, Location Information Services (LIS)

 

Experience with Office Web App

 

Experience with implementing QOS

 

Experience with using SNOOPER to debug Lync client logs
