- Web 2.0 Rich Internet App Experience

Additional characteristics:

- Must be able to communicate and work well in a collaborative environment

- Must be able to architect exceptional UI code and perform code reviews

- Must be able to mentor other developers

- Should have experience in an Agile development environment

- Committed to delivering high quality software

- Java is a BIG plus.
