· Recommended Resource Skill Set
o Expertise in the execution of major salesforce.com Projects.
o Salesforce.com certified (ADM201/DEV401/ADM301/CON201)
o In depth process awareness of Inquiry to Order (ITO) cycle
o Experience with Data Masters – awareness of industry best practices will be a plus.
o Data Loader, Oracle Database, SQL query skills.
o Prior expertise with managing requirements for Agile projects and platforms
o Strong background and hands-on experience in using requirements management tools
o Expertise in visual modelling techniques.
o Strong background and hands on experience in developing test plans and test cases and requirements traceability matrices.
o Strong background in test tools like Quality Center and other products in the Mercury toolset.
o Prior proven salesforce.com requirements management experience and expertise is a MUST.
o Fluent English language skills for all consultants
