Technical Lead

10+ years of Project Lead and Web development experience. Must have proven ability to lead design and development of the large web application. Must have good understanding of large web-based systems architecture, web server technologies and implementations, front-end technologies and implementations and the integration between the two.    Required Skills: Lead Web application development using Python/Django and HTML5/CSS3 Strong experience with test driven development and agile software development processes (e.g. Feature Driven Development, Kanban, Scrum, XP, etc.) Strong object oriented programming experience using Python Strong experience with Python & Django based API and Web development Strong experience with REST architectures and API integration Ability to build a highly scalable technology platform using best coding practices Strong analytical and requirements gathering skills   Nice to Have: Experience in interaction with clients, masking presentations and demonstrations Front-end skills (HTML5/CSS3) Experience with product development
