Job Description:
- At least 10 years of experience writing enterprise-level documentation with at least 5 years in writing technical documentation in networking technology or related software
- Strong FrameMaker skills, including the use of conditional text
- Experience documenting L2/L3 networking switches
- Experience documenting command-line interfaces
- In addition to strong technical skills, the candidate must be self-driven, personable, and have the ability to identify, co-ordinate and resolve issues working with cross-functional engineering/marketing teams.
- The ability to learn new concepts and technology quickly
The following experience would be a plus:
- Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop
- Writing documentation in XML and DITA
- Using Arbortext
