We are looking for a QA tester with iSeries (RPG) Exp to support world's leader in providing IT consulting and software services to the finest global organizations client.
This is a 6 Months Contract extendible Position based in Seattle, WA, USA
Role: QA tester with iSeries (RPG) Exp
Location: Seattle, WA, USA
Duration: 6 Months Contract

Job Description:
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Strong iSeries experience (RPG)
Knowledge of data models and relationships between data elements
Ability to write and execute SQL Queries
Ability to review and understand Business Requirements, Functional specifications and system design documents with the goal of performing a structured validation of all testable conditions.
Experience in preparing and executing Manual Test Scripts/Cases and documenting the results.
Interface/Integration testing experience
Experience with HP-ALM
Good to have background on Financial processes
Good to have retail experience.
SOFT SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication (verbal and written), time management skills, fast learner, self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative.
Ability to thrive under project pressures and tight schedules.
Team oriented with good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers and project team members.
Ability to allocate time efficiently; handle multiple demands and competing priorities
Strong problem solving skills and analytical ability
Will act as a validation and quality assurance professional across the different stages of the Testing lifecycle: will develop, design and deploy test scripts and cases of complex modules, help set up the test environment and contribute to the requirements documentation and test design for different types of testing. Will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients' business needs. Will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged and diversity is respected and valued
