We have a position for a QA Lead

Job Location: Atlanta, GA and Eagan, Minneapolis

Skills Required:

·         7+ years of formal Quality Assurance experience with a minimum of 5 years of formal Quality Assurance Lead/Management experience.

·         Extensive experience in implementing QA standards, procedures and controls.

·         Lead the implementation of the QA Practice processes, controls, and strategy including tools usage and quality assurance deliverables which will be used to ensure delivery of a quality product as determined by the project requirements.

·         Estimate and summarize the QA work efforts for the project including test automation and performance testing as applicable.

·         Review the work deliverables of the test team.

·         Coach/mentor the test team on the testing best practices and tools usage.

·         Define and collect metrics for analysis and reporting to measure quality assurance effectiveness.

·         Identify trends and provide feedback by producing QA reports.

·         Provide information on the health of the project in terms of quality.

 

Education/Certifications:

Bachelor's degree
