Need ARIS BPM Process Leads @ Minnesota

Role:ARIS BPM Process Leads

Location:Minnesota

Duration:3+ Months

Expertise we are looking for.

1.       Interacts with management and business stakeholders in analyzing existing processes and procedures and to interpret how business needs may be better met. Assesses how automated functions will be integrated with overall business processes and make recommendations based on analysis.

2.     Articulate business requirements by developing specifications for business processes. Document the specifications in detail  in a clear, readable format for all stakeholders

3.     Should possess specific, deep and demonstrated  expertise in the following areas:

ü  End to End BPR / BPM workflow Implementation Expertise

ü  Conducting workshops and documenting As-Is processes in Aris.

ü  Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 , EPC etc

ü  Advanced skills in Business Process Architecture and Process Performance Management tools (ex: ARIS, )

ü  Experience in BPMS (ARIS-SAP) Workflow implementation projects.

4.     Experience in executing large scale projects for clients in Retail Manufacturing sector

ü  Capability to establish personal credibility with clients

ü  Comfortable with CXO level presentations - excellent written and verbal communication skills and good client facing and people handling skills; 

ü  Assume operational responsibility and accountability for assignments and delivery teams
