Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills	8+ years of experience as ASP.NET, C# Developer 8+ Experience in SQL Programming (TSQL) 5+ years of Experience in SQL Query tuning Good Knowledge of SSIS. Ability to understand and debug Windows Services Experience working with SQL Server Management Studio. Good problem solving skills, trouble shooting .NET applications Experience in supporting 24/7 Experience in handling support tickets Strong knowledge of relational Database structures and processes
Roles and responsibility	Understand existing Dotnet application and resolve any issues/bugs. Analyse the tickets trends and contribute towards permanent resolution of tickets. Make enhancements to the existing SSIS /SQL Packages Work with offshore team ,team in EU coordinate on need basis.
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills	Strong team player Customer and end-user focused Excellent oral and written communications skills Ability to deliver to promises made Adopts best practices in development standards Initiative to seek for continuous improvement
