Position:SCRUM certified /Systems Analyst
Location: Washington, DC
Length: 6month
Phonic/F2F interview
 
Required:
We are looking for someone who is Scrum Certified, as well as:
Proposed resource should possess a minimum of seven (7) years of industry experience. The selected candidate should possess a bachelor's degree or higher with a range of experience as follows:
5+ years of experience as a project manager of increasingly complex software development initiatives  
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or as a project manager in an Agile environment
Hands-on experience in requirements analysis and technical documentation
2-3 years of experience coaching and mentoring Scrum Masters or project managers
2-3 years of experience using software to manage agile projects
