Position: .Net Tech Lead

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: 6 Months

 

Job Description

·        Participate and contribute in E2E development life cycle – Impact Analysis, Requirement traceability,High & Detailed level Design, Unit Test Plans, Coding and Testing

·        Work in collaboration with offshore team and provide all the required support to offshore including late-night / early morning calls

·        Participate in the estimation of work product in order to provide the right information to managers/stakeholders for overall project estimation

·        Provides inputs for technical risk planning with module perspective in order to ensure timely delivery of project.

·        Participate in Requirement review and analysis meetings.

·        Participate in handling customers in order to provide right level of information to the customer

·        Issue Triages- Perform root cause analysis and communicate to stakeholders so that the PoA can be formulated.

·        Prepare knowledge repository for all defects raised with solutions provided & Conduct knowledge sharing session with offshore team (if required) and enable offshore understanding of application. Participate and prepare KT sessions , document the understanding, take on shadow support

·        Publish weekly report for all stake holders - provide appropriate status reporting and other information required to the Customer Project Manager and other stakeholders

·        Document and share own learning from the project, seek information and leverage knowledge in order to drive higher efficiency and preserve organization knowledge
