Javascript Developer with dynamic programming experience
Local are highly preferred and Skype is possible
They would like to see candidates that have more diverse experiences other than just J2EE development. They want to see a candidate having stretched their skills working on other platforms. Otherwise, they find that a developer is often lost without the structure they are accustomed to having with Spring, Struts, Hibernate, etc.
** What we are looking to do is open the pool of talent and candidates here with a more diverse background while still having a strong Javascript skillset and API/Web Services. Focus needs to remain on the backend, however we can look at other options whether it be with Django for Python or something similar in terms of Dynamic programming.
This is a critical need and one we already have a Statement of work in place for. There is a possibility I can work out a Skype to hire but the desire strongly leans towards meeting this person F2F. They will work with teams in PA, Denver, CA and offshore
