Job Title: Sr. Java Developer
Location: Herndon, VA

Note: Client is being very sticky with 5-8 Years profiles so please send over profiles with above 9 Years of experience.
Skills:
Ø 5-7+ years software development experience:
Ø Proficiency with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Ø Expert with BPM tool development
Ø Solid understanding of current programming languages and employs any/all of these languages to solve the business needs of FNM's internal customers
Ø Knowledge of the following: J2EE, Java, EJB, ASP, PowerBuilder, C, C++, SQL, CGI, Windows, NT, Visual Basic, Oracle, Sybase, MQ Series
Ø Must be able to work with EXCEL and generate reports and pivots
Ø Expert on agreed specialized skill sets
Must also have:
• Ability to develop, build and maintain relationships with various teams
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including SharePoint
• Able to adapt to change; able to shift gears and change direction on projects
• Strong research skills with an attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and jointly in unstructured environments in a self-directed way.
• Track progress of various tasks assigned and report to PMO office timely and assist PMO in generating various reports
• Strong ability to manage multiple activities in a deadline-oriented environment
• Monitors task progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
• Understanding the change request process
• Must be able to work with EXCEL and generate reports and pivots.
Education:
1) Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
2) Professional certification(s) desired
3) Post-graduate degree desired
