Functional SAP HCM/ECM Consultant
Location: Atlanta, GA

Requirements:
• 10 years of experience as SAP HCM Consultant and should have worked on minimum 2 end to end implementations of SAP-HR-Enterprise Compensation Management (ECM).
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on customizations in SAP-HCM module- ECM
• In depth understanding Budgeting, Compensation Planning process, Compensation Administration, Long Term Incentives and Job Pricing.
• Hands on experience in configuring Compensation Eligibilities, Guidelines, Compensation Approval workflows, Compensation statement, Reporting functionalities.
Job Duties:
• HCM Functional lead will guide the business in utilizing SAP ECM functionality to the best extent possible, and involves review of business processes and system integration challenges.
• This is a HANDS-ON role that will execute ECM configuration, functional documentation, testing plans and results, system documentation and training materials
• Analyst will interact with business users to understand business requirements and then configure SAP with efficiency and accuracy to develop a solution to resolve the issue or meet the business need.
• Prepare detailed functional specifications for development activities including workflows, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms.
• Work closely with SAP Technical developers (ABAP) to get the end to end solution developed.
• Lead, coordinate and perform all testing (UAT, Unit, Integration) before releasing new code OR break-fixes to production
• Support the on boarding and training of Power Users. This includes providing technical and functional training. Facilitate knowledge transfer, communication and interaction.
• Prepare project related documentation (object designs, business rules, technical information etc) during the different stages of the project.
