1.Should have Strong Organizational skills have ability to communicate effectively across all levels of Management
2.SAP CRM -Provider Order and Contract Management ( ISU- Teleco)
3.Proficient in the following functions within SAP CRM including CRM Master Data, Base Customization, Service order Management, Complaints and repairs, Service Contracts,Usage Based Service Contracts, Quotation, Opportunity, Sales Process with integration to Backend R/3 system.
4.CRM Middleware customizing and monitoring: Customers, Equipments and Materials
5.Good Configuration Knowledge on Sales related functionality including Opportunity Management, Activity Management, Lead Management, Sales Orders/Quotations and Contracts (Contract Management),Pricing in CRM using IPC.
6.Should have worked on Creation of product variants and VC using IPC.
