Role: Oracle Service Contracts R12

Location: Waukegan, IL just outside of Chicago, IL

Duration: Long Term

 

 

·         Need to be strong in Oracle Service Contracts. Good to have experience in usage based contracts

·         Adequate experience in Installed Base, Advanced Pricing and Account Receivables

·         Basic experience in resolving issues related to end to end process flow between Service Contracts and Account Receivables.

·         Technical enough to write PL/SQL scripts/ queries and troubleshoot the code

·         Ability to write functional design documents for enhancements, customizations and reports

·         Experience working with an offshore team

·         Ability to trouble shoot billing issues

·         Work from Waukegan offices

·         Start date, as soon as possible
