Job Description:

·         5+ years of hands on production support (L2 and L3) experience in a complex integration landscape using IBM Message Broker and MQ.

·         Experience in designing and developing solution using IBM MB.

·         Extensive experience working in 24x7 Production support environment.

·         Good communication skills (both verbal and written), ability to handle multiple client and internal stakeholders.

·         Knowledge of working with ticketing systems, SLA based operations support model.

·         Experience in handling change and release management.

·         Experience working with global teams, in offshore based delivery model.
