| JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: |
| · Work as SAS administrator in the Enterprise Tools team to install, configure and support SAS environments. · Plans, coordinates and implements product upgrades and performs maintenance activities, troubleshoots system related problems and is responsible for the overall availability of the tools infrastructure and the environment. · Troubleshoot SAS infrastructure issues and implement required changes following the change management processes. · Provide input and interface with platform teams, report developers, testers and end users. · Understands Connectivity and troubleshooting in the context of SAS reporting. · Strong knowledge of SAS application design. · Good understanding of fundamental server monitoring principles, techniques and strategies |
