Qualifications:

FUNCTION
The Lead Web Technical Analyst is responsible for the development and support of in-house software applications to support Client internal business functionality.  This individual will participate in and lead any or all of the phases of a project including analysis, design, development and deployment of software solutions.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
- Develop and maintain SAP Portal and SAP CRM based web applications using Webdynpro and other SAP web technologies
- Develop and maintain HTML5 / CSS3 / JS based mobile and web applications
- Responsible for timely delivery of system solutions to business problems
- Apply and implement appropriate new technologies to assigned projects
- Develop, integrate and implement related applications components, including front-end development, server-side development and database integration 
- Good analytical skill with can do attitude
- Apply technical standards and ensure compliance on all projects
- Participate in the development of test strategies and systems
- Provide written design documents, test plans and test results 
- Play a direct role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation and administration of the applications 
- Establish and communicate standards to manage cost and ensure continuity of applications 
 
RELATIONSHIPS
- Work under the general direction of E-Commerce Lead and Sharp IT Management
- Interface directly with other software developers
- Interface directly with project managers, industry colleagues and all members of a project team
- Interact with business unit managers and staff
 
SPECIFICATIONS
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in above mentioned technologies
- College degree with major in computer or information science preferred
- Have hands-on experience in all stages of systems development and support
- Understand the principles of SOA, SAP Gateway, SAP Enterprise Portal and SAP CRM web application development and programming including: Webdynpro (Java and ABAP), BSPs and J2EE development
- Understand the principles of web/server system development and Internet/Intranet programming including:  HTML5, JS, JQUERY, JSON, Mobile JQuery, JAVA, VBScript, C#, VB .NET, SQL, and object-oriented analysis and programming
- Knowledge and experience with MS Windows-based and SAP development tools including:  Visio, MS Access & Office Suite, Microsoft Visual Studio .NET, SAP Netweaver Application Studio, SAP Netweaver Deployment Infrastructure.
- Knowledge of FileNet and Onbase a plus
