Job Description is:
1) 5+ years of hands on production support (L2 and L3) experience in a complex integration landscape using IBM Message Broker and MQ.
2) Experience in designing and developing solution using IBM MB.
3) Extensive experience working in 24x7 Production support environment.
4) Good communication skills (both verbal and written), ability to handle multiple client and internal stakeholders.
5) Knowledge of working with ticketing systems, SLA based operations support model.
6) Experience in handling change and release management.
7) Experience working with global teams, in offshore based delivery model.
