Job Description

·                                 Work as part of a highly skilled and motivated development team to design, develop, and maintain both Windows and Web based software solutions for the healthcare industry.  Primary duties include application design, code development, unit testing, code review, troubleshooting, defect analysis, third level support, and maintenance.

·                                 Must be able to assist and teach others and be willing to learn from your team members.  Must be able to work in a variety of programming languages and technologies and be open to learning new skills.  You must be equally capable of working collaboratively within a team and independently on your own assignments.  You must also be able to accept criticism of your work and provide constructive feedback to other team member's work.

·                                 The ideal candidate should possess a passion for software development and truly enjoy developing high quality innovative software.  They should welcome challenge rather than avoid it and take pride in solving problems and producing solutions.  They should be actively engaged with the team and not sit in the shadows waiting to be told what to do.

·                                 Primary duties will include web frontend development using the latest technologies available along with some database design, web service development and backend development.  The ideal candidate should be an expert in developing modern web applications using JavaScript, HTML and CSS and be well versed in user interface design.

Should have 5+ years of experience with all of the following technologies

·                                 C# ·                                 ASP.NET ·                                 MVC ·                                 HTML ·                                 CSS ·                                 Web Services

·                                 Ajax ·                                 JavaScript ·                                 SQL ·                                 Relational Database design ·                                 UI design

Should have 2+ years of experience with most of the following technologies

·                                 WCF ·                                 Razor ·                                 jQuery ·                                 Entity Framework

·                                 SignalR ·                                 Backbone.js ·                                 Modernizer ·                                 Knockout.js

Knowledge in any of the following technologies a strong plus

·                                 HTML5 / CSS3 ·                                 XML ·                                 MySQL ·                                 Microsoft SQL ·                                 Kendo UI

·                                 X12 EDI formats (270,271,835) ·                                 StructureMap ·                                 Team Foundation Server ·                                 Agile Methodologies
