Job Summary
Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents and supports all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver business value
• Collaborates with the team on application architecture design and decision-making
• Develops innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business
• Provides alternate design solutions
• Designs and implements application enhancements in collaboration with different teams
• Translates highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
• Functions as a mentor for junior developers, providing assistance where needed
