Requirement Details:
Microsoft .NET Developer with 5 to 9 years experience working as part of a team developing .NET applications with the following responsibilities and skills.

Responsibilities:
• Application Maintenance & Support, Exposure on Production support, adherence to SLAs, Day time and night time on call support (fix on failure), Project development using SDLC cycle.
• Coordination with Offshore on various priority level tickets/incidents as part of Application Maintenance.
• Work prioritization

Technical Skill:
Primary Skill: Microsoft Visual Studio 2010, ASP.NET, C# / VB.NET, WCF, Microsoft SQL server 2008.
Secondary Skill: JavaScript, Classic ASP, VB 6.0, COM+, TFS, Crystal Report 8.

Soft Skill:
Primary Skill: Excellent Communication, Onshore-Offshore model experience, Good in analytical / leadership.
Secondary Skill: Ability to plan, monitor and organize work for self and team.
