Must haves: Candidate must have retail or ecommerce experience / 6+ yrs of BA experience / Leadership experience - Lead role(s) or coaching/mentoring of more junior BAs / Technical knowledge - should understand systems and have system workflow experience. / Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills Summary/Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in relevant field of work or equivalent work experience · Must have extremely strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain and develop top-level, internal and external relationships. Liaising across multiple business and technology functions, relationship building and consensus building are a must · Should be highly collaborative and comfortable working with various levels of management · Must have extremely strong documentation and oral communication skills
· Must have extremely strong listening, requirements elicitation, analysis & problem solving skills. · Must have strong strategic and creative thinking, and decision making skills · Must be customer focused with high quality standards · Advocates internal BSA team process improvements and development · 6+ years working on projects encompassing both IT systems and business process change · 6+ years of experience analyzing, clarifying and translating business/functional requirements · 6+ years of experience in documenting current and future states business process flows · 3+ years of experience technical troubleshooting and problem solving |
