·         We are looking for a IT / Technical Recruiters for our offshore facility in Hyderabad India.  3-5 Spots

·         Must Sit in Office No Work From Home.

 Requirements :- 

·         Experience: 2-5 years of successful recruiting experience in US IT Staffing

·         Experience recruiting for diverse technical roles and for clients of all sizes and industries, with primary experience recruiting for application development/software development and senior level roles

·         Ability to negotiate market salaries with candidates.

·         Primary experience working directly with hiring managers and required team to make placements

·         Demonstrated experience with social media recruiting methods

·         Maintain proactive recruiting efforts to support our core competencies pipeline

·         Review all requisitions and identify appropriate candidates

·         Presentation of candidates to Manager for open requisitions

·         Experience within a small boutique recruiting company

·         Maintain strong candidate follow up, during entire interviewing and hiring process

·         Relationship-building with all potential candidates and maintenance of relationship with consultants

·         Use social media, and job boards to source and find new talent

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Core Competencies:

 

Technology knowledge – Ability to understand technology and stay abreast of technology trends at all Client Companies. This includes: Developers, Java, C#, .NET, SharePoint, Testing, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Architects, Database Administrators, etc

 

Visa Terms : Must have good experience in US Tax Terms, W2, 1099, Corp2Corp.

 

·         MBA / B.com  is Highly Preferred - Not Mandatory !!
