) Documenting Client Transition info as soon as it is ready to be shared by IS team
2) Document Knowledge that is shared in a format that is usable going forward (tech writer)
2) Interview and document key resources knowledge as part of their transition plans for support
3) Updating Knowledge Articles used by x7373 to route to us
4) Other activities related to support transition
Required Skills:-
- Base understanding of networking, and Wireless.
- MS Office - Word and Excel - a strength.
- Good communication skills, ability to document technical support information is key
