·         Creating and modifying user ids on various applications (including Active Directory, MS Exchange, Mainframe, UNIX, Tandem, Oracle)
·         Terminations
·         Name Changes
·         Security group/resource creations
·         Administers from approved work requests
·         Complete working knowledge of applications administered
·         Complete working knowledge of all system parameters and the ability to make changes
