Job Title: Java Developer
Location: Sterling, VA (In Person)
Duration: 1.Contract 2. CTH 3.Permanent

Required:

Java 7
Application servers either Jetty or Tomcat
Agile experience – understand concepts, have done worked in an Agile environment
Continuous Integration – have used and set up (Jenkins/Bamboo) and builds (Ant/Gradle)
Automated testing – Junit, Cucumber, Arquillian

Nice to have:

AWS experience – deployment, basic understanding
DevOps/Continuous Deployment experience
Experience working with offshore developers
C++ - some of our projects have some C++ in there to, so this is nice to have

The method of evaluation will be (subject to change as we refine):
1. Screen – phone/web – will most likely involve code writing
2. Coding assignment (homework)
3. In person interview (will involve some time writing/drawing on whiteboard)
4. Talk to CTO (if permanent)
