Urgent need of BI Developer

Hi Friends,

 

I have an opening in  St. Louis for BI Developer. Please let me know if you have anyone available as soon as possible, this position is immediate.

 

Location:              St. Louis

Duration:              Long Term

Experience:           Mid-Level Expertise

 

 

Responsibilities include:

·        Collaborate with US Business customers and the US IT Data Management team to enhance reporting and data access in support of the growing business strategy.

·        Develop modify and maintain BusinessObjects universes, reports and dashboards.

·        Utilize Remedy and Teamtrack to submit and process access requests.

·        Troubleshoot technical issues related to the use of Business Objects and resolve or escalate as appropriate.

·        Author and execute Oracle SQL statements in order to satisfy “ad hoc” data requests.

·        Collaborate with the US IT Data Management team to identify data discrepancies, issues, integration gaps and opportunities in order to expand the capabilities of US IT data warehousing

 

Required skills/experience:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

·        Strong customer service focus with the ability to professionally manage communications with a wide range of end users.

·        5+ years of IT experience

·        3+ in Business Objects Universe development

·        3+ years’ experience in Business Objects Web Intelligence report development

·        1+ year experience in XCelsius development

·        3+ years’ experience in Oracle SQL development

·        3+ years’ experience in MS Access, Word, Excel

·        Superior analytical skills, be able to think through and research complex problems

·        Manage multiple assignments simultaneously

·        Ability to work independently in a changing business environment

·        Results oriented and able to drive issue resolution

Desired skills/experience:

·        Qlikview development experience

·        Crystal Reports development experience

·        Remedy end user experience

·        Teamtrack end user experience
