· Journey-level technician providing enterprise systems administrative services, such as End-User Support, Desktop Support, and Enterprise Server Administration.
· Provides end-user and infrastructure problem resolution support; identifies and resolves system/server problems; coordinates with application users to determine symptoms and ensure accurate problem definition.
· Provides desktop support, including maintaining desktop configuration for system users, installing and configuring desktop software for local and remote users, installing/replacing/upgrading desktop hardware, diagnosing and repairing desktop configuration issues.
· Provides IT Asset Management support for tracking and managing of assets.
· Provides User Security Administration support for managing access by end users to the required systems.
· Direct knowledge of all system administration and technical processes, procedures, quality standards, and status of service delivery for all system administration-related activities
