Position: DATA ANALYST
Location: DENVER, CO
Duration: 3+ MONTHS
Interview Process: Skype/Phone and Face to face
Data Analyst – Expert that will provide direction and support for Payment Services' ongoing efforts to provide "best in class" client and sales support and reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Business Report to include, priority models, hierarchy reporting, department statistics reporting, service reports and graphs, report portal data, biller statistics and etc.
- Analyze biller business rules and logic. This includes working with IT for the translation of current rules to standardized regular expressions.
- Maintain and Develop documentation and processes.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE:
- Strong understanding of the bill payment industry.
- Advanced database development and SQL skills and knowledge of MS Access (VBA, macros, queries, reporting, etc.)
- Expertise in Excel (VBA, formulas, etc.)
- Knowledge of the biller industry (Mortgage, Auto, Finance, etc.).
- Ability to work with many different groups within the organization and to create and document processes.
