Job Description:

 

Must-Have:

 

1.        Extensive hands on experience developing SharePoint applications from the ground up, including experience with SharePoint 2007/10 and SQL Server 2005/8.
2.        Strong understanding of SharePoint 2010 and SQL Server 2008 structures, theories, principles, and practices
3.        Knowledge or Experience in SharePoint 2013 will be good add-on.
4.        Strong leadership skills and Hands on experience in handling a team of at least 5-6 developers.
5.        Strong programming skills in website development in a Microsoft environment
6.        Strong understanding of Systems Engineering concepts and practices
7.        Strong understanding of Design Patterns and Object Oriented Programming
8.        Previous experience of troubleshooting application-related problems
9.        Must possess problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to multi-task
10.       Must be able to work independently and in a team ( with local and remote teams )

 

 

Good-to-Have:

 

Understanding of project support methodologies is preferred.
