Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and minimum of 3 years of IT experience or
In lieu of degree, HS diploma and minimum of 5 years of IT experience
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience

Demonstrated analytical and negotiation skills

Strong business acumen and leadership experience
PMP certification is also a nice to have
