Scope of Work
• Create and execute project work plans and master calendar and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Identify and elevate potential risks to schedule and product quality
• Identify and communicate required inputs for UI process to partners
• Identify gaps and heavyweight pieces of existing processes; work with partners to define and implement enhancements
• Run regular team meetings; track all issues
• Prepare status reports for management and partners
• Manage file structure and permissions
