Position: Firewall Admin

Location:  San Francisco, CA

Duration:  4 months

 

Firewall Admin TNS admin, Routing Admin, Load Balancing Admin, OPNET tool admin

Responsible for complex network security implementation projects and troubleshooting issues.

Administer and maintain high availability, enterprise, datacenter security devices in support of client SLAs

Management of Cisco FWSM (ASA) and Check Point firewalls including rule base maintenance and hardware/software rebuilds/upgrades.

Administer other security devices such as McAfee IPS, Cisco IDSM, Cisco VPN modules, and eEye Retina Vulnerability Scanner.

Maintain security tool sets such as Cisco Security Manager, Check Point Provider-1, Cisco MARS, Cisco Secure Access Control System, etc.

Familiar with EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VLANs, Wireless LANs and other networking fundamentals

Participate in solution design meetings and architecture review for incoming projects
