Primary Skills: PeopleSoft HCM techno-Functional Consultant, core HR, Talent Acquisition, Profile Management, Employee and Manager Self Service and Payroll
Responsibilities:
• 6+ years of experience required in Application integration project
• 6+ years of experience in HCM system
• Functional Knowledge required on core HR, Talent Acquisition, Profile Management, Employee and Manager Self Service and Payroll
• Expertise required on PeopleTools 8.52 with: Application Designer, PeopleCode, Component Interface, Integration Broker, Application Engine, SQR and XML Publisher
• Hands on Oracle SQL experience and ETL required
• Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies
• PeopleSoft HR - Techno-Functional candidate with 6 to 8 years of experience in PeopleSoft projects
• Experience in Coordinating and Leading the offshore team
• Should possess rich Peopletools Technical skills and experience in multiple Enhancement/implementation projects.
• Should have a profound knowledge in Software Lifecycle with multiple project release experience.
• Customer facing experience.
• Should have worked in Onsite-offshore model in multiple projects with the ability to lead and handle Offshore team in India and be responsible for delivery.
