This is a Contract extendible Position based in Hartford(CT)
Job Title: Lead Consultant– Infrastructure Management – BMC Remedy
Location: Hartford(CT)
Duration: 6 months Contract
Desired Skills & Experience
Required
• Expertise in implementation of ITSM modules within BMC Remedy 8.1.
• Expertise in designing and implementing CMDB, Change Management, Service Request Management in BMC Remedy
• Expertise in atleast one scripting language
• Ability to translate technical requirements to detailed design documents
• Experience in ITIL process deployments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent coordination skills, working in Global Delivery Model
Preferred
• Expertise in BMC Remedy environment maintenance
• Knowledge of BMC Atrium Orchestrator
• Knowledge of SRM and ITAM
• Expertise in Development activities in both agile and waterfall methodologies
• Expertise in 8.1 version of Remedy, AI data loaders and integration with external systems
• Analytical and Communication skills
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
