This is a Contract extendable Position based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Job Title: Cognos Metadata Consultant
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Duration: 8 to 10 Months Contract
Detailed job description:
· 3+ years experience in building Cognos metadata structures (Models)
· Solid understanding of how to build reports using Report Studio, Cognos Workspace and Cognos Workspace Advanced
· Required experience with Cognos reports on Kimball-Compliant Dimensional Data Warehouse (star schemas, fact tables, dimension tables)
· Excellent communication skills required—this developer will interface with various business users and power users and interact across RDS applications
· Excellent problem solving skills with Cognos—The developer will be given the requirements
