Business Analyst with SFDC

 

Location: Milpitas, CA

Duration: 6+ Months

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

·         ServiceMax experienced business analyst (preferably in the Medical Device Domain).

·         Over 5 years' Experience on  SFDC service cloud/Servicemax implementations

·         Should be proficient in Requirements Capturing and translating them into Functional Specifications Participate in business drawing Processes with respect to SFDC functionality.

·         Participate in Stakeholder Meetings

·         Should have experience in working in an Agile Development model.

·         Should have good understanding of Service Function processes specifically around Work Order Management, Case and Complaint Management, Site Installation Management, Field Service Management and Knowledge Management.

·         Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.

·         Self-Starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.

·         Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.

·         SFDC/SMax Certified professionals preferred
