Job Title: SAP CRM Senior Consultant

Work Location Atlanta, GA

Duration: 6 Months to start with

 

Relevant Experience (Yrs):

6-8 Years of CRM Experience and Atleast 8-10 years of IT experience

 

Technical/Functional Skills:

6-8 Years of CRM experience with recent experience with CRM 5.0 / IC web client 

 

Experience Required

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

Required

       •       Minimum of 10+ years of IT Industry experience with 5-6 years of CRM experience

·         2 or more full life cycle SAP implementations in CRM technology

·         Recent experience with CRM 7.0 / IC Web Client

·         Responsible for the design, configuration, testing and support of the SAP Service CRM solutions

·         SAP CRM implementation and support for minimum 2 projects will be advantage

·         Functional expertise in implementing Complaint processing on CRM 7.0 / 5.0

·         Excellent communication and client facing skills strong in onsite offshore environment and ability to lead the offshore team self starter, can take initiative, drive discussions with business etc

 

Preferred

·         Techno-functional experience

·         Exposure to ABAP / Web Dynpro / SAP EDI technologies

·         Hands-on experience with all aspects of application testing: unit, QA, integration, and performance.

·         Ability to draft and execute test plans, and properly validate results.

·         Familiarity and knowledge of retail specific processes, and practices will be added advantage

·         Relevant SAP Certification will be added advantage

 

Generic Managerial Skills: Team lead or Project Manager on at least two full cycle implementations

Education: Bachelors and/or a Masters degree or equivalent
