Mandatory Technical Skills   
Minimum of 5 years experience in all aspects of developing Lotus Notes applications (Lotus Notes Client  and WEB based applications)
Experience in Lotus Enterprise Integrator ,HTML, Style Sheets, XML, Java Script ,Lotus Script and Lotus Notes Formula Language
Desirable Technical Skills  
 working experience in Microsoft .NET,Sharepoint,Java
Mandatory Functional Skills   
Worked in onsite-offshore model and be  able to provide technical assistance to offshore team
Should have awareness of Lotus Notes Development standards
Should be Flexible & possess excellent communication skills "
Desirable Functional Skills   
Able to work as Lotus Notes Tech Lead
Total Experience Required    5 years
