Job Title : Microsoft Test Automation Lead
Location : Atlanta, GA
Duration : 6 Months Contract
Job description
Technical and consultative Agile leadership with minimum direction and the ability to mentor and advise less experienced team members (both Experis and client teams)
5+ years hands-on experience with MS development technologies (C#, .NET, VB, Visual Studio, VSTS)
2 + years hands-on experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) and MS Coded UI technology
1+ years leadership in developing and implementing best practice test automation solutions using MS technology
5+ years hands-on design, development, and execution of automated tests within scope of the pilot
Solid, quality automation testing effort estimates
Collaboration to work closely with the Microsoft Automated Tester as well as client stakeholders (technical architects, development, DBA, and business users) to resolve issues and implement solutions related to implementation of test automation using MS technologies
Control and manage daily test automation activities through daily Agile Scrum `stand-up' meetings
Manage day-to-day activities and schedules and report on progress of the project
Professionalism that is flexible, self-motivated, able to work independently, and performs multiple tasks under minimal supervision from a consultative team
Confidence to participate and contribute within a fast-paced, technically innovative and aggressive, highly skilled and collegial development team
Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and problem solving skills
