Test Engineer (Exp required 7+ yrs)
Rate: $45/hr C2C

Location: McLean VA
Duration: 6+ months (Long Term)
Responsibilities:
• Support test lead in preparation of test strategy, test plans and test estimate
• Analyze business requirements, functional and technical design and test plans
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases and test data
• Review test deliverables prepared by peer and test engineers and provide feedback
• Execute test cases and report test results
• Log and track defects to closure
• Track and maintain adherence to agreed time, cost and quality parameters
Test Lead (Exp required 10+ yrs )
Rate: $50/hr C2C
Location: McLean VA
Start Date: 07/01/2013
Duration: 6+ months (Long Term)
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and implement test strategy, test plans, test process and work instructions based on client requirements
• Setup and configure test team, process and standards required to implement the test plans
• Schedule tasks for test engineers and monitor progress
• Review deliverables and provide feedback to testers
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of testing results and deliverables
• Identify, document and mitigate risks related to testing projects
• Own and manage the testing deliverables including, but not limited to, test strategy, test plans, RTM, test scenarios, test cases, test data, test reports
• Oversee test activities and provide required support to operations
• Prepare and communicate test reports (summary, closure) and metrics to project stakeholders
• Identify gaps in knowledge of team and implement training programs
