Location: Fort Worth, TX

Job Description:

·         Experience in IBM TRIRIGA version 9.7.2/2.7 up to 10.2/3.2

·         5+ years of hands-on TRIRIGA experience

·         Strong experience in application development on IBM TRIRIGA Platform

·         Good experience in customization and implementation IBM TRIRIGA 10.x modules

·         Experience in performing upgrades including design and implementation of configurations and workflows

·         At least one DB experience - Oracle, SQL (Any one)

·         Building TRIRIGA Reports using BIRT & Crystal Reports

·         Must have experienced in 3 or more of the following TRIRIGA modules

·         Real Estate Management & Configuration

·         Maintenance & Operations

·         Capital Project Management & Configuration

·         Asset Management

·         Inventory Management

·         Contracts, Payments, Procurement Management

·         Service Plans & Configuration

·         Service Agreements & Configuration

·         Preventive Maintenance & Configuration

·         TREES Management & Configuration

·         Strategic Space Planning & Configuration

·         Experience in TRIRIGA Interfaces with other applications

·         Strong verbal / written / presentation / facilitation / communication / relationship building / social networking skills
