Required skills for Kronos Functional profiles:
Experience : 6+ years of Kronos experience
Modules :Kronos v.6.1 and v6.2 WFC , WTK, WFSO
Version : Experience in Kronos version - 5.1/5.2/6.1/6.3
Requirements
· Extensive experience in Kronos Configuration
· Gather and analyze customer requirements, documentation and define solution
· Perform impact analysis for application changes.
· Develop and analyze implementation plan for System adoption of Kronos
· Define configurations, interfaces, workflows, reports within the Kronos Workforce Central
· Identify customizations, conduct impact analysis
· Configure and test the Kronos solution before delivery
· Configure or develop workflows as per customer requirements
· Unit and integration testing, test case generation
· Communicate with customers on all levels regarding system configuration, industry features, and processes.
