Complete Description:
Our High School Equivalency area is looking to purchase contract hours for a project updating a web based database that we received from the state of Wyoming for tracking High School Equivalency data. In looking at this software application and have determined that in order to make it work, we must have a programmer who can work on it. The work will also include placing this application behind the portal so that community colleges would be able to log in and access for read only status.
