Extensive experience in a senior level role for n-tier enterprise level web mapping applications, geographical information systems and automated spatial solutions software development using the following technologies: Microsoft's Visual Studio & .NET, ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, Python, ArcIMS, Model Builder, ArcObjects , ArcServer-Google API.
Extensive experience with the development of web services including application server technologies (Windows Server operating systems, IIS), client-server connectivity, such as Open Data Base Connectivity (ODBC), ActiveX Data Objects (ADO), ADO.NET, and Remote Procedure Calls (RPC) and servlet containers and web development technologies such as; Apache, Tomcat, XML, CSS, PHP, and HTML.
Experience with the administration and maintenance of ESRI SDE & Oracle Stored Procedures.
Experience in software development following industry best practices for project management, Change, Release and Configuration Management, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), QA/QC, as well as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
Experience developing plans and conducting quality testing of databases, software and applications. This includes deploying, coordinating and training custom software to end users.
Develops software using a solid Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) for the development of custom applications including by not limited to interactive mapping websites using ArcIMS & ArcGIS Server, .NET, C#, JavaScript and Oracle technologies.
Designs and modifies the geospatial Oracle database structures and ensures database structures follow enterprise standards by conducting Spatial Database Engine (SDE) administration and maintenance.
Maintains and modifies spatially enabled web services such as; Real-time bus tracking, Geocoding, Next Scheduled Time, License Plate lookup, Director lookup and ADA lookup.
