Key Skills and Competencies

 

·         Must have masters in mathematics with statistics major.

·         Shall have at least 6 years of experience in modeling business scenarios covering Customer loyalty, attrition, score carding, Rating and LTV.

·         The experience shall be related to Telecom or BFSI or Healthcare or Manufacturing or Logistics verticals.

·         Shall have exposure  to Corporate or Retail Banking domain in BFSI, or  Customer acquisition and Contact center , Product pricing in Telecom, or Policies and Claims and Products domain in Insurance verticals.

·         Must have experience in Data Collection , Data Preparation and Data modeling, Analysis of data using algorithms or heuristics techniques to suit the data , model and Goals.

·         Must have exposure to interpretation, Application and decision making.

·         Use of tools such as language 'R", or SPSS or other statistical tools is a must.

·         Must have worked in a large environment and shall have the ability to drive the process.

·         Exposure to Predictive analytics is also an advantage.
